Description

With the exponential increase in the number of degree-holders in today's word, "standing out" requires an externalization of one's individuality. This can only be done through an optimal combining of one's visual and verbal communication skills. Coupled with the wealth of programs and tools available today to create more dynamic and compelling presentations than ever before, persuading or instructing others has never been easier. This is what VOX LAB's 'Slide Show Time' hopes to equip participants with. Out of 30 million daily presentations, only 5% gain an applause at the end. Be that 5%.

Session 1: Refining slides with typography, design, colour, layout and rule of thirds.

Session 2: Maximize presentation effectiveness with visual communication and flow.

Session 3: Exercise what you've learnt with a moderated presentation by students.

Instructor

Stefano has an Italian degree in communication design and started teaching 2D graphic design and photography post production in 2000. He also specialized in video editing, 2D and 2.5D animation. In 2006, Stefano brought his expertise to Singapore. His years in training were augmented by his work in a design studio in Italy, which he built from scratch.
Today, Stefano is the director of LAB School, where his expertise are in demand from several government bodies, institutions, and private enterprises. Stefano is certified in the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) Trainer®, Assessor® and Developer® Facilitated Learning.
